  • Cancellation: If a project is canceled by the client, fees may be incurred for work already completed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Bamboo Design Studio retains copyright ownership of all original creative work produced, including game design and illustrations unless otherwise stated in the project proposal.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the project.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bamboo Design Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or the services provided.
